Mid week specials for the over 65's = $300 for a minimum of 2 nights. Monday to Thursday nights only.
Special packages are available for the overseas tourist which includes transport from the Auckland International Airport by Range Rover.
Arrival check in time is after 2.00pm. Departure time 12.00 midday, or by arrangement.

Booking Confirmation and transmission of Credit Card Details.
 Please fill in your details in the spaces provided and press "Submit your Reservation" at the bottom of this page.
Once we have received your reservation and checked availability we will email you a booking number to confirm your reservation.
Please note your Credit Card Details are required as security on your booking and for the Mandatory Bond.
To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 25% of the total stay with a balance due 30 days before your arrival date.
Payment is required in full when booking within 30 days of your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy.
Due to our intimate size and exclusive bookings, cancellation affects us significantly. It is necessary to charge a cancellation fee of 25 % of the total cost of the stay to our guests should they cancel the booking outside 30 days of their arrival date.
In the event that the cancellation takes place within 30 days of the arrival date the guest will incur a charge for the full amount of their stay.

Mandatory Bond.
For all bookings we require a mandatory credit card bond to cover any damage caused to the holiday home, breakages and/or additional expenses incurred for such items as telephone toll charges, etc.
This can simply be made by completing the bond declaration and credit card details on the booking form.
If you do not have a credit card we would need an alternative bond, which could be either a cheque or cash deposit. This would be cancelled/refunded fourteen days after completion of your holiday stay.
